Open and connecting communication
Many organizations aim for an open communication culture. In reality, that turns out to be less easily done than said.

In this performance, we explore what can go wrong and what causes it. We explore how to speak and listen effectively and authentically.
In doing so, we explore the added value of connection, and of clear, honest articulation. We also reflect on the role of stress, status and rolls in a team or organization.
We give explicit attention to continuous feedback as the foundation of an open communication culture. In doing so, we make a clear distinction from other forms of conversation such as evaluations, follow-up calls, coaching.
