Our presentations on well-being are always customized and have a wide variety of approaches, ranging from very general to very specific. The common thread is: building a stronger relational tissue and developing more people skills.

- How do we make safe spaces brave and vice versa? Playing at the intersection between psychological safety and psychological courage. Inclusive conversations, emotion and conflict skills.
- Awareness and sensitivity about specific themes that affect groups of people in ways that are not always immediately visible: neurodivergence, menopause, trauma, poverty,...
Wellness is a matter of connection, and connection is a core theme in improvisational theater.
