ACV Pulse is holding a major online day of action in healthcare<\/a>. We play with TIM Theater a lot and very much in healthcare and we want to help highlight the action with this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performances are often about the mission and vision of a hospital or residential care center. And the core values that an organization sets forth in doing so. Increasingly, it happens that we bump into some kind of moral boundary when we play it out. We invariably put a realistic and relatable layer on it, but still... Every now and then the feeling creeps up on us, \"What are we doing?\"

Can you see the power of self-direction<\/em> in full emphasis when you feel that a heavy engine for self-direction is facing serious staff shortages?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the point of playing about continuous and horizontal feedback <\/em>When there is literally no time to talk?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can caregivers heat<\/em> continue to radiate when their own working conditions are not humane? (They do!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much emphasis can you put on integrity<\/em> When an entire industry is not treated with integrity from the political side?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A round of applause is not enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
